What is PMT Score?

PMT stands for Proxy Means Test. It is a point-based system used by the government to check how poor or deserving your family is.

  • If your PMT score is low, it means you are more poor.
  • If your PMT score is high, it means you are not eligible for BISP or Ehsaas.

PMT Score and BISP – What’s the Link?

The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) uses your PMT Score to decide:

  • ✅ Are you poor enough to get money?
  • ✅ Are you eligible for Taleemi Wazifa (children scholarship)?
